After that it travels by boat and train. Three weeks is all that is needed from the moment the water comes to the surface in Iceland until you have it in your hand, and it will have been regularly tested at least four times before it gets to you. Water is delivered absolutely fresh and without the risk of microbiological contamination due to the high temperatures used during transport.

Aqua Angels water is packed locally in the Czech Republic at the client’s request. We do not create any overstock. Bottling is carried out in a strictly hygienic environment, and the whole process for importing and bottling water has ISO 22000 certification. The Aquamat can give you water chilled and at room temperature. It is also a beautiful design accessory for your home.

The touch pump serves water at room temperature and it does not have to be connected to any source of electricity. It lasts about 14 days on one charge.

The SlimCool aquamat can be purchased, and it will remain in your possession. It can also be rented, or – if you get a subscription package – you can have it free of charge for the duration of the subscription. We normally conclude SlimCool aquamat contracts for one year and offer subscriptions for 6 or 12 months. We would be happy to provide you with more information on request. We do not buy back the devices. You buy a SlimCool aquamat or Touch pump for personal ownership and they are covered by a two-year warranty.

In case of non-compliance with the minimum number of pieces of barrels, you will pay the corresponding multiple of the number of uncollected pieces of barrels up to the minimum collection. The price of one barrel will be charged according to the price of the barrel specified in the contract.

The contract cannot be terminated prematurely. The duration of the SlimCool dispenser rental is agreed for a fixed period, namely for twelve months, and starts on the first day of the following month after the conclusion of the Agreement. To interrupt or cancel your water ordering, please use our customer line at 732 138 368 or write an email to office@aqua-angels.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest. SlimCool and returnable packaging must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract, you will receive a refund of the deposit for returnable packaging.

To maintain water quality, the dispenser must be cleaned. SlimCool is the only dispenser that does not clean chemically. The patented sanitation system simply involves completely replacing the internal filter, which comes into contact with water. The sanitation system is replaced on a quarterly basis. Our technician will come to you and replace the filter with a new one within 5 minutes. The advantage of this filter is that it traps pollen and dirt from the air. This ensures that the water is perfectly protected and kept in perfect condition.
