Aqua Angels water naturally springs into artesian wells, from where it can be easily pumped into a recyclable flexi-bag without any invasive mining operations. After that it travels by boat and train. Three weeks is all that is needed from the moment the water comes to the surface in Iceland until you have it in your hand, and it will have been regularly tested at least four times before it gets to you. Water is delivered absolutely fresh and without the risk of microbiological contamination due to the high temperatures used during transport.

Aqua Angels water is packed locally in the Czech Republic at the client’s request. We do not create any overstock. Bottling is carried out in a strictly hygienic environment, and the whole process for importing and bottling water has ISO 22000 certification. It is not artificially treated in any way; its unique qualities are down to its Icelandic origin.

Aqua Angels respects the philosophy of Icelanders as much as possible in their approach to our planet and the environment. The water is transported as gently as possible, and it is bottled locally in returnable glass barrels. These are subsequently refilled, so that clients do not produce any waste glass.

Yes, you can make your favorite tea or coffee using our water, whose composition will not be affected. The water’s delicate composition, with a low level of mineralization, ensures that even the subtlest tastes and flavors will stand out. At the same time, this water is kind to your appliances, which won’t need to be decalcified.

The water’s alkaline pH of 8.8 is almost 60 times higher than the neutral pH of 7. Such naturally alkaline water is not commonly found in Europe. It is an alkaline source of nourishment that nutritionists consider important for maintaining the body’s pH balance.

Thanks to its low level of mineralization (59 mg/l), Aqua Angels water does not place any burden on the body, making it easy to observe a sensible drinking regime. SlimCool aquamat sanitation works by completely replacing the part of the dispenser that comes into contact with water.

The sanitary set near the touch pump comprises a complete replacement for the silicone hose and the metal tube.

At the same time, it is also necessary to store the water properly. i.e., in a cool place, without artificial lighting (fluorescent lamps), and out of direct sunlight.

The manufacturer and our company recommend changing it four times a year to maintain the quality of the water dispensed.

Water in a closed barrel has a shelf life of five months. After the barrel has been placed on dispenser, we recommend consuming the water within 14 days.

Aqua Angels provides its own logistics and arranges delivery to your door. This means we can ensure that the water is properly stored and carefully handled, which is a priority for us. Clients are always sure that they will receive top-quality water, which is completely fresh at all times.

We deliver water throughout the Czech Republic using our own drivers.

Delivery is free when ordering three or more barrels.

Yes, the driver will deliver barrels to the address you specify.

We offer two options for pumping water: SlimCool aquamat or Touch pump.

The Aquamat can give you water chilled and at room temperature. It is also a beautiful design accessory for your home.

The touch pump serves water at room temperature and it does not have to be connected to any source of electricity. It lasts about 14 days on one charge.

The SlimCool aquamat can be purchased, and it will remain in your possession. It can also be rented, or – if you get a subscription package – you can have it free of charge for the duration of the subscription. We normally conclude SlimCool aquamat contracts for one year and offer subscriptions for 6 or 12 months. We would be happy to provide you with more information on request. We do not buy back the devices. You buy a SlimCool aquamat or Touch pump for personal ownership and they are covered by a two-year warranty.

You take out a subscription for four barrels per month for a period of 12 months. For the entire duration of the subscription, we will provide you with a stylishly designed SlimCool worth 6,950 including VAT, which you can use for free. The package is paid in advance and is used for purchases of water in glass barrels. You order water based on your needs. This saves you having to worry about paying bills. Unused subscriptions are not carried over and will not be converted to a new subscription.

No, the SlimCool device remains the property of Aqua Angels. We will take care of servicing it for the duration of the contract, and we will replace the SlimCool for you if it is defective.

When ordering a subscription, you can set up regular deliveries for the day and time that suits you, or you can place orders as needed. For the duration of the contract, water deliveries can be easily adjusted to your needs. Simply write to our customer service desk: office@aqua-angels.com

We do not refund money for prepaid barrels, and the subscription cannot be transferred to another contract. You can set up regular deliveries to avoid not drinking prepaid barrels.

Yes, it is possible to buy any number of barrels.

Deposits are refundable; the client does not buy the packaging. The deposits are paid back when you stop ordering and return the packaging.

To maintain water quality, the aquamat must be cleaned. SlimCool is the only aquamat that does not clean chemically. The patented sanitation system simply involves completely replacing the internal filter, which comes into contact with water. The sanitation system is replaced on a quarterly basis. Our technician will come to you and replace the filter with a new one within 5 minutes. The advantage of this filter is that it traps pollen and dirt from the air. This ensures that the water is perfectly protected and kept in perfect condition.

Yes, we will be happy to issue you with a voucher for the value you specify. Vouchers are paid on the basis of an advance invoice, which will be sent to you when you request the purchase.
